HuanYi Huang

​Born in FuZhou, JiangXi, Professor Huang graduated from Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute and then obtained Master degree from Korean Wonkwang University. Currently he is the professor at the Art college at Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute, Ph.D. supervisor, director of Modern Ceramics Research Institute of Jingdezhen Ceramic University, dean of Jingdezhen Kaiming Ceramics Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Deputy Director and Researcher of Institute of Ceramic Art of China National Academy of Painting. He is selected as the expert to receive special allowance from the Chinese State Council, member of China Artists Association, member of the selection committee for the award of Chinese Arts and Crafts Master. His works are collected by the Chinese Ministry of Culture, the Chinese Arts and Crafts Museum, the China Academy of Art, the Jingdezhen Museum and foreign institutions and private collections. His papers have been published in core journals such as "Literature Research", "Art and Literature", "Decoration", "Art and Design", "Art 100", "Chinese Ceramics".
